THE PNG HUNTERS DON'T HAVE THE SPINE NECESSARY TO LEAD AND CONTROL THE TEAM ON THE FIELD - Bennie Heir

THE PNG HUNTERS DON'T HAVE THE SPINE NECESSARY TO LEAD AND CONTROL THE TEAM ON THE FIELD.

PNG HUNTERS likely Wooden spoon favourite.

Bennie Heir

Its the eleventh hour now and the PNG HUNTERS still don't have the big forwards necessary to dominate and win games.

The PNG HUNTERS still don't have that critical spine that is needed to lead and control the team.

There is still no sign of moves to try and get this PNG HUNTERS forward pack to that of NRL BENCHMARK so they stand a chance.

At least four big forwards of height 190cm and above is needed in the team for it to be competitive.

We have been talking about bringing in big tall Fijian forwards.

The modern game demands that there must be suitable size in the forward pack for it to be effective.

Suitable size consisting of suitable height preferably of 190cm and above and suitable weight of around the 100kg is a need for the job task to be properly serviced and deliver effectively.

The PNG HUNTERS don't have that and things are not looking good at the moment.

There is no other way. There must be big forwards to dominate and win games.

This is not the problem of no players. This is about the thinking, attitude and the perception and to be able to adapt to prevailing needs.

Maybe we do not have the right people who can play the role successfully and deliver successfully.

The PNG HUNTERS still don't have the spine necessary to lead and control the team on the field.

The new coach was talking about looking to QLD for the spine as there is nothing locally.

We have not seen or heard of anything yet from the PNG HUNTERS and it is almost kick off time.

If the PNG HUNTERS don't do anything very very quickly now about bringing in big forwards and assemble a good spine together they are gone.

The PNG HUNTERS are looking at that wooden spoon for 2023 on current hardware statistics.
