TEPEND STEPS DOWN AS HUNTERS HEAD COACH:  The Head Coach of the SP PNG Hunters, Stanley Tepend, has regretfully advised the club that he is leaving for personal reasons because he no longer feels that he can give the role the attention it deserves. The SP PNG Hunters Board and Management have reluctantly accepted the resignation of the Head Coach. Though the SP PNG Hunters Board and Management are disappointed to see Coach Tepend go, the team and players have passed on their thanks to him for his services over the past few years with the Hunters and for his long-term involvement in Papua New Guinea (PNG) Rugby League as a whole.
